Nierstein model houses
BAUSTARK GmbH has both the order and the building permit to build the first 4 single-family houses in Lightweight steel construction to execute. With the building site in Nierstein, a demanding plot of land was found in which 4 architect houses can be built.
After a two-year delay, construction is expected to start in mid-September 2021.
